Keepoint Solutions is an independent IT consultancy led by Miles, who has spent more than 25 years building, fixing, and running systems — from custom-built hardware to cloud infrastructure. His credentials include Zscaler Zero Trust Certified Associate, Zscaler Digital Experience Administrator, and Extreme Networks Certified Associate.
You work directly with the people doing the work — no account manager in between, no handoff to a junior after the sale, and nobody showing up who wasn't on the first call.
We hold no reseller agreements, take no commissions, and earn nothing on what you buy. When we suggest Azure over AWS, or tell you to keep the system you already have, there's no margin riding on the answer. If that ever changes for a product, we disclose it in writing first — it's in our terms, not just on this page.
What we don't do
- No monthly retainers. We bill per engagement. There's nothing recurring to cancel.
- No 24/7 help desk. We're a consultancy, not a managed service provider, and we won't pretend otherwise.
- No site visits. Everything happens over a secure remote connection, so there's no travel time on your bill.
- No data custody. Backups and migrations land in accounts you own and control.
- No hardware sales. You buy your own equipment, at your own price, in your own name.
- No quote without looking first. Two businesses the same size can need wildly different work.
