01What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device so it can remember something between page loads — that you're signed in, what you put in a form, which pages you've already seen. They can't run programs or carry viruses; they're labeled bits of text. The question worth asking about any site is which ones it sets and what it does with them.
Related technologies do a similar job by different means. The main one is local storage, a small browser-provided space a site can write to. It isn't technically a cookie, but from a privacy standpoint it's the same kind of thing, so we disclose it here alongside cookies rather than hiding behind the distinction.
02Cookies & the Notice
We set no cookies. This website does not set any cookies — not essential ones, not analytics, not functional, not advertising.
On your first visit you'll see a short notice at the bottom of the screen. It's there to tell you this up front and to point you to this page. It is a notice, not a consent request: there are no "accept" or "reject" choices because there is no tracking to accept or reject. Selecting Got it hides the notice, and we remember that you've seen it (see Section 3) so it doesn't come back on every page.
We don't have accounts or sign-in, so there's no session to keep. Our analytics count visits without cookies (Section 5), so there's nothing to recognize you with. And we don't advertise, so there's nothing to follow you around with.
03What We Do Store
Three display preferences, each written only when you do something that calls for it. They sit in your browser's local storage so your choice survives when you move to another page or come back later.

These values never leave your browser. It is not transmitted to our server, not shared with anyone, and cannot be used to recognize you. They are notes your browser writes to itself so the site doesn't forget your preferences.
04Server Logs
Separate from anything stored on your device, our web server records the standard details of each request it receives: the URL requested, the time, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. This is ordinary operational logging used for security and troubleshooting.
These logs are retained on a rolling basis, typically thirty (30) days, and are not used to build a profile of you or combined with any other source. See our Privacy Policy for the fuller picture.
05Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where traffic comes from. It is the only outside service this website loads; everything else, including its typefaces, is served from our own server.
- No cookies and no local storage. It doesn't store anything on your device and doesn't give you an identifier that follows you between visits or to other websites.
- What Cloudflare receives when a page loads: the page address, the referring site, your browser and device type, page-load timing, and your IP address, which it needs to deliver the request and to estimate your country.
- What we see: totals only — visits, page views, top pages, referring sites, countries, and device types. We can't see who you are.
There are no advertising networks, social media pixels, chat widgets, embedded video, or tag managers on this website. A browser content blocker will stop the analytics script entirely, and the site works the same without it.
06How to Clear It
To remove the preferences described in Section 3, clear site data for keepointsolutions.com in your browser. The same setting clears cookies, so it covers everything either way:

Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
Firefox
Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
Edge
Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete
Nothing on this site breaks if you clear it. The site will simply forget your preferences, go back to its defaults, and show the cookie notice once more. You can set them again whenever you like.
07Changes & Contact
If we ever add an embedded scheduler, a different analytics tool, or anything else that sets a cookie, we will update this page before it goes live and turn the notice into a real consent choice where the law requires one. The commitment in Section 2 is a description of the site as it stands today, and we'd rather revise the page than quietly outgrow it.
